This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders placed on Liwaas can be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation:
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not be charged.
